Your responsibilities as the Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Transition the team into a proactive maintenance culture
Champion reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime
Oversee all maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
Promote continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance & Reliability Manager
BS in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)
At least 7 years in maintenance leadership within the paper industry
Deep expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance
Strong leadership and team-building skills
High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation
