We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our adult retail store team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with discussing adult products in a professional and respectful manner and provide excellent customer service in a non-judgmental environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, respectful assistance
Answer questions about products, features, and proper use.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sale floor.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Stock merchandise and maintain inventory.
Receive and organize shipments.
Follow store policies, safety procedures, and age-verification requirements.
Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Retail or cash-handling experience is preferred
Must be respectful and non-judgmental toward all customers.
