Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Type: 100% Flat Rate
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Earning Potential: $120,000-$250,000 annually
Typical Flagged Hours: 40-70 hours/week Current technicians typically flag 50-60

About Vaughan Automotive

Vaughan Automotive is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician in Atlanta, GA who wants steady workflow, European repair work, and the equipment to stay productive.

You'll handle a mix of approximately 30% diagnostics and 70% repair and maintenance, with work ranging from electrical and mechanical diagnostics to brakes, suspension, alignments, engine and transmission repairs, and routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose European vehicle concerns at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Complete brake, suspension, alignment, and tire service
  • Perform engine and transmission repairs, including engine rebuild work when assigned
  • Use Autel, Snap-on, and factory scan tools for diagnostics and repairs
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
  • Perform diagnostic and repair work across multiple vehicle systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong European vehicle service and repair experience
  • Intermediate to advanced automotive diagnostic ability
  • Ability to perform diagnostic and mechanical repairs across multiple systems
  • Experience with European vehicle maintenance, brakes, suspension, alignments, tires, engine repair, and transmission repair
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred; training is available
