What You'll Do

• Residential & light commercial service work
  
• Diagnose issues and present clear repair options
  
• Install panels, circuits, fixtures, EV chargers
  
• Read blueprints & job specs
  
• Use StraightForward Pricing
  
• Perform full safety inspections
  
• Work independently with strong support from dispatch & management
  

What You Need

• Maryland Journeyman (or equivalent)
  
• 2+ years residential experience
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills
  
• Professional communication
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work solo
  
• Valid driver's license
