Key Responsibilities
Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns using sound mechanical and diagnostic practices.
Perform brake, steering, suspension, drivability, and general mechanical repairs.
Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity, with the expectation of reliably producing 45+ flagged hours per week.
Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or workmanship.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused, high-volume shop environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience.
Must be a productive technician capable of reliably producing 45+ flagged hours per week.
Strong mechanical aptitude with solid automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume repair environment.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to both productivity and quality workmanship.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay of $25-$35/hour.
