- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience and the ability to manage a job site like a pro.

- Driving Record: A good driving record is essential-no one wants a foreman who can't keep it between the lines!
- Excel in NEC Codes
- Fluently be able to read and understand plans
- Heavy Equipment experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee job sites
- Manage crew members and ensure everyone is on the same page
- Ensure compliance with safety standards because safety is no laughing matter.
- Communicate openly with clients and team members-think of yourself as the electrical ambassador!
