Lead Low Voltage Technician -Access Control & Security

We are seeking an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician / Electrician with strong experience in Access Control and Security Systems to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work independently, lead technicians in the field, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Access Control systems (required)
• Proven experience with Security Systems and CCTV installations (required)
• Strong low-voltage installation and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with card readers, door hardware, maglocks, electric strikes, and related security devices
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead crews and oversee projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, and security systems
• Lead field technicians and ensure quality workmanship
• Coordinate project activities and maintain project timelines
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites
