Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
Proven experience working in 24/7 manufacturing environments .
Strong practical knowledge of:
o Mechanical systems (conveyors, pneumatics, pumps).
o Electrical systems (motors, starters, basic controls).
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills at the equipment level.
Comfortable working under pressure during production downtime.
