Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Protect furniture, floors, fixtures, and other areas from paint.
- Mix and match paints and colors as needed.
- Perform touch-ups and corrective work.
- Maintain tools and painting equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift equipment and work on ladders or elevated surfaces.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
