6+ years of hands-on, master-level experience with European vehicles.
Deep knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
Proficiency with BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and Range Rover products.
A "fix it right the first time" mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Great communication and a team-first attitude.
A valid driver's license and legal ability to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check & MVR screening.
Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on luxury and exotic vehicles.
Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts staff to deliver exceptional results.
