Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, and sealants to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Mix and match colors to meet client specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and procedures for job site safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential painting, both interior and exterior.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
