Job Description

Chambers Electrical is looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We specialize in electrical installation, service, and repair for digital billboards and signage. Our work also includes electrical upgrades, sign modifications, and vinyl advertising rotations.

This is a hands-on field position that requires working at heights and the ability to work independently.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and service electrical circuits, systems, and equipment
• Perform electrical service and repairs on digital billboard and sign systems
• Work safely at heights using lifts and fixed ladders
• Read and interpret blueprints, legend symbols, branch circuits, riser diagrams, and high/low-voltage color coding
• Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain the tools necessary to perform the job

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician with 5-10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and applicable local electrical codes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing structures and working at heights daily
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must have your own required hand tools
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
