Job Summary
We are seeking a PM & Engineering Specialist to perform preventive maintenance and engineering activities for manufacturing equipment and automated production lines. The position is responsible for monitoring equipment conditions, coordinating preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting equipment setup and improvement to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and automated production lines.
Monitor equipment operating conditions and identify abnormalities affecting equipment performance and production stability.
Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and verify proper equipment operation following maintenance or corrective actions.
Review and manage equipment operating parameters and settings to maintain stable production conditions.
Support the installation, setup, trial operation, and acceptance of new or modified manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and update equipment-related standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
Analyze equipment downtime, recurring abnormalities, and operating data to identify opportunities for improved equipment reliability and efficiency.
Participate in equipment modification, automation, and error-prevention improvement projects.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to address equipment-related manufacturing issues.
Communicate with equipment vendors and suppliers regarding equipment specifications, installation, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance principles, and production processes.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing, equipment, maintenance, or engineering environment is preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, equipment specifications, and work instructions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
