This is a hands-on role for a well-rounded technician who can handle diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and major repairs across domestic and Asian vehicles. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled shop with modern diagnostic equipment, supportive ownership, and customers who regularly approve recommended repairs.

What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform general automotive repairs
Complete preventative maintenance services
Perform full vehicle inspections
Handle removal and replacement work
Complete larger mechanical repairs as qualified
Review repair needs and communicate findings clearly
Use digital vehicle inspection software
Work primarily on domestic and Asian vehicles
Occasionally service European and fleet vehicles
Maintain accurate repair documentation
Work closely with the service advisor and other technicians
The workload is approximately evenly divided between diagnostics and maintenance.

What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to perform both maintenance and advanced repairs
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
ASE certifications
Digital vehicle inspection experience
Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
Experience in an independent repair shop
Broad experience across multiple makes and models
DVI experience is helpful but not required. Training can be provided.
