Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for installation and troubleshooting processes. Computer tablet knowledge is preferred.
Perform all facets of commercial construction such as high-voltage electrical wiring, low-voltage systems, lighting control wiring, underground/slab rough-in and electrical services.
Diagnose electrical system issues using advanced diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
Install, test, and commission lighting control systems to optimize operational performance.
Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, NFPA 70 standards, and electrical safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Mentor junior electricians by sharing knowledge of schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, hand tool usage, power tool operation, and best practices in electrical work.
