Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify existing or potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation for each vehicle serviced.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle condition, necessary repairs, and cost estimates.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Certification from a recognized automotive technician program (e.g., ASE certification).
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Solid understanding of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work with computerized diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
