The Commercial Electrician will specialize in electrical installations and maintenance for commercial projects following the National Electrical Code. This role focuses on working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and high-voltage systems such a Phase and 480 Volt 3 Phase configurations. As an individual contributor, the electrician will apply technical expertise to ensure safe and compliant electrical systems across various commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems according to National Electrical Code standards
- Work extensively with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in installations and troubleshooting
- Handle Phase and 480 Volt 3 Phase electrical systems safely and efficiently
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with National Electrical Code standards
