Residential Land Southern California Commission-Only Add residential land sales to your business with development-focused training, researched opportunities, and hands-on deal support. Prodigy Residential is seeking a California-licensed real estate agent interested in working with landowners, builders, developers, and investors. This opportunity is suited to an agent who is comfortable developing relationships and following up consistently, but wants support evaluating and marketing residential land. Prior land-sales experience is helpful, not required. What you will do Identify and contact prospective sellers, qualify their interest, pursue listing opportunities, and help clients buy and sell residential land. You will use property research and development-oriented analysis to support conversations with owners and buyers, maintain follow-up in our CRM, and coordinate transactions with brokerage support. What Prodigy provides Regular mentorship, research-backed land prospecting opportunities, development-focused training and mentorship, CRM access through GoHighLevel, transaction support, and E&O insurance subject to policy terms. How the opportunities work Off-market prospects require owner outreach and qualification. They are not guaranteed appointments, signed listings, or commissions. Any inbound inquiries are identified separately, and availability varies. Compensation This is a commission-only independent-contractor brokerage affiliation, with no base salary or guaranteed income. Under the ELITE plan, you receive 80% of eligible gross commission income until the brokerages 20% share reaches $20,000 during the annual cap period. After that threshold, you receive 90% and the brokerage receives 10% for the remainder of the period. The $20,000 threshold reduces the brokerage split; it does not eliminate subsequent brokerage participation. There is no monthly brokerage membership fee. A written schedule of all applicable transaction, referral, optional-service, and third-party costs will be provided before affiliation. Separate arrangements are available for agents focused on self-generated business. Requirements and location An active California real estate license, Southern California residency, comfort with prospecting and CRM follow-up, and strong client communication skills. Work is home-based, with local property visits and client meetings as required. Scheduling is flexible, subject to client and transaction responsibilities.
