What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Numbers - Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and overall hotel revenue targets
  • Strategize for Success - Create and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans that drive results
  • Hunt for New Business - Proactively generate leads for groups, extended stays, and transient business
  • Pipeline Pro - Manage leads, prospects, and CRM activity to keep a strong sales funnel
  • Show & Sell - Conduct sales calls and site tours that turn interest into signed business
  • Relationship Builder - Develop strong connections with corporate clients, community groups, and local partners
  • Deal Maker - Negotiate contracts with confidence and attention to detail
  • Revenue Team Player - Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize yield
  • Track & Report - Monitor sales performance and share insights and results with the General Manager

Who You Are

  • A driven, results-focused sales professional with 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
  • Strategic and analytical, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Confident, persuasive, and polished in communication
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel; CRM and hotel brand system experience a plus
  • Hold a valid driver's license and able to travel occasionally (less than 20%)
