What You'll Do Every Day Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate curriculum for K-5Champion the physical, emotional, and developmental growth of each childKeep the classroom safe, energetic, and genuinely funBuild real relationships with kids, families, and fellow teachersLead by example - model the warmth and curiosity you want to seeWhat You Bring Minimum qualification: MSDE 90-hour School-Age Certification, or a CDA with School-Age Endorsement. Ideal candidates also bring 3 years of relevant experience, plus:Strong understanding of child development and instructional strategiesKnowledge of MSDE regulationsA warm, friendly, and cool-tempered presenceSolid communication skills - verbal and writtenRock-solid reliability and punctualityHighly organized, able to juggle priorities and multitaskA true team player who genuinely enjoys working with othersAbout the Campus Bells Mill/Potomac - Nestled in a quiet neighborhood between Cabin John Middle and Bells Mill Elementary Schools.
