What You'll Do

• Prepare and review individual, business, trust, and other tax returns.
• Manage tax compliance and filing deadlines for an expanding client base.
• Provide proactive tax planning recommendations that help clients reduce taxes and build wealth.
• Partner with financial advisors to develop comprehensive planning strategies.
• Meet with clients to explain tax strategies and answer questions.
• Help integrate clients from acquired accounting practices.
• Assist leadership in developing scalable processes as the tax department continues to grow.
• Contribute ideas that improve both the client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Senior Tax Accountant

• 2-4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns
• EA or CPA preferred (CPA candidates encouraged to apply)

Tax Manager

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience reviewing complex returns and managing client relationships
• CPA required

Additional Qualifications

• Public accounting background
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team

Compensation

Senior Tax Accountant

$75,000-$95,000

Tax Manager

$125,000-$160,000
