Serve as the primary spiritual, organizational, and relational leader of the West Campus, overseeing all Sunday and midweek ministry environments and ensuring they reflect Citylight's vision, doctrine, and culture.
Pastor and shepherd the congregation - including conducting weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other life events - while living in the community and treating it as a mission field.
Lead, supervise, disciple, and develop the West Campus staff team, fostering a healthy, fun, and caring office culture where team members feel seen, known, and cared for.
Prepare and deliver messages 4-8 times per year, lead weekly staff meetings, and ensure effective communication across campus staff, the congregation, and elders.
Qualifications
3-5 years of pastoral experience, with demonstrated ability to lead a congregation and develop staff and volunteers.
Relational intelligence and a shepherd's heart - able to cultivate deep care for individuals while also leading teams and managing organizational responsibilities.
Strong leadership and administrative skills, including the ability to manage a staff team, oversee a facility and budget, and coordinate campus-wide ministry planning.
Strong preaching and teaching ability, with the capacity to communicate the gospel clearly and compellingly.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's highly preferred), along with a vibrant personal faith and thorough, personal knowledge of God's Word.
