The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a technician who's just as comfortable earning trust and closing a sale as they are diagnosing a plumbing or gas issue. You'll go into homes and businesses, assess the problem, present solutions and options to the customer, and close the job on the spot - earning uncapped commission on every sale.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing, gas line, and leak detection issues in residential and commercial properties
• Clearly present findings, options, and pricing to customers, and close sales on recommended repairs or installations
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices, and explain solutions in a way customers understand and trust
• Perform or oversee plumbing installations, gas and water line work, and related repairs as needed
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and seismic safety requirements
• Build rapport quickly and deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience on every visit
• Follow up with customers and leadership to track sales performance and job completion
• Follow all company safety standards and jobsite procedures
