This role involves working within a medium-sized team under the supervision of the Service Manager, focusing on residential plumbing projects while maintaining high safety standards and strong customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Effectively interact with customers to understand and address their plumbing needs
- Collaborate with a medium-sized team of 6-15 members for project completion
- Perform system testing and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- Texas Plumbing License
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Strong skills in pipe fitting and plumbing system maintenance
- Commitment to safety compliance and regulations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
- Effective time management
