Position Summary The Saw Service Technician supports the team by traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and troubleshoot equipment. This role is also responsible for performing final runout and testing of completed projects at the ESCO facility, assisting with customer factory acceptance tests (FAT), and providing technical support to customers. This is a customer-facing position requiring a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills. Travel is irregular and is expected to be approximately 50-75% of the time. Essential Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to install and commission custom cutting machinery and systems. Inspect, test, and perform runout of equipment prior to shipment. Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and equipment manuals. Provide technical support via phone, email, and web-based platforms. Travel primarily within the United States and Canada, with occasional international travel; must be able to obtain a U.S. passport. Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve company objectives.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with ongoing education in maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsMachine building, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioningFood manufacturing (dairy, beverage, bakery, etc.)Hydraulic systemsChemical processing or manufacturingOther related industries Strong working knowledge of the following:Pumps (gear, piston, pneumatic, centrifugal)Valves, flow controls, piping, fittings, seals, and pneumaticsPower transmission systems (electric motors, gearboxes, cylinders, bearings)Vacuum systemsTemperature control systems (electric, water, oil)Hydraulic and electrical schematics and troubleshootingPLC and HMI troubleshooting; basic programming preferredIndustrial electronics troubleshooting and repairExperience with polyurethane processing equipment preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical is required Compensation details: 32-36 Hourly Wage PI69edb80862b1-9400
