PLUMBER / HVAC TECHNICIAN WANTED
Castroville Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable Plumber / HVAC Technician to join our growing team.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Additional performance pay based on productivity and revenue

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
Install and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, furnaces, wall heaters, and related equipment
Perform drain cleaning, water-line, sewer-line, and gas-line work
Troubleshoot heating and cooling problems
Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
Complete accurate job notes and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
Follow company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
Previous plumbing or HVAC service experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable using a mobile phone or tablet for job documentation
Committed to quality workmanship and excellent customer service
EPA certification is preferred for technicians performing refrigerant work
