Role DetailsStatus: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months)Location: Littleton, WV / Proctor, WVPay Rate: $20-$23 per hourSchedule: Full-time with OT/ 5 10-hour shifts Mon-Fri Key ResponsibilitiesOperate heavy tools and industrial equipment safely on site.Assist technicians and pipefitters with assembly and maintenance.Load, unload, and move heavy materials around the work site.Follow strict safety rules and wear proper safety gear at all times.Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after tasks are done.Inspect tools and machines for damage or faults before use.Monitor oil and gas operational processes and report issues quickly. QualificationsExperience: Prior manual labor experience is preferred but not always required RequirementsReliable Transportation to local job sitesOSHA 10 or 30 cardAbility to follow verbal and written instructions and a strong commitment to job site safetyMust proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves)Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
