We are seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Sales Generator to represent our home improvement company inside BJs Wholesale Club. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people , building relationships, and creating opportunities that lead to exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do:
- Proactively engage BJs members in a friendly professional manner.
- Introduce homeowners to our premium home improvement solutions: roofing, windows, doors, siding, and cabinets.
- Educate members on our products , promotions and services.
- Schedule in-home consultations with confirmed club members.
- Maintain a positive and inviting presence throughout your shift.
- Meet and exceed appointment -setting goals.
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details .
- Represent the company with professionalism , integrity and enthusiasm .
Compensation & Benefiits
