Job Description
About No Limit
No Limit Healthcare & Social Services LLC is a New Jersey DDD/Medicaid-approved provider supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. We deliver person-centered services with compassion, consistency, responsive communication, and professional standards.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a highly organized, bilingual professional to help lead day-to-day operations, coordinate services, strengthen relationships with families and community partners, and expand our network of qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
This is not a traditional desk-only coordinator position. You will connect service delivery, staffing, documentation, client experience, and community outreach. The right person is dependable, professional, comfortable taking ownership, and able to move work forward without constant supervision.
What You Will Own
Coordinate day-to-day service activity among clients, families, DSPs, support coordinators, and the internal team.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries in English and Spanish and guide prospective clients and families through the intake process.
Track referrals, service requests, staffing needs, follow-ups, and next steps in company systems.
Support DSP recruitment by identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding steps, and maintaining consistent candidate communication.
Build professional referral relationships with support coordinators, community organizations, families, and other partners.
Conduct thoughtful outreach, attend relevant meetings, and follow up on qualified opportunities.
Review service documentation for completeness, accuracy, professional language, and alignment with service requirements.
Monitor assigned DSP onboarding, training, credential, and documentation status.
Help resolve scheduling, coverage, communication, and service-delivery issues.
Maintain accurate records and weekly updates covering operations, staffing, referrals, and client follow-through.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, including verbal communication and business writing.
Strong organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate professionally with individuals with disabilities, families, DSPs, referral partners, and leadership.
Comfort using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and CRM or case-management systems.
Ability to work on-site in Newark and travel locally when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in healthcare, disability services, social services, service coordination, operations, recruiting, community outreach, or client services.
Familiarity with New Jersey DDD services, Medicaid-funded programs, DSP staffing, or person-centered service delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
$48,000-$55,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based commission.
Health insurance, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
401(k), subject to plan eligibility and terms.
Paid time off, paid company holidays, and New Jersey earned sick leave.
Employer-provided onboarding, systems training, and role-related professional training.
No Limit Healthcare & Social Services LLC is an equal opportunity employer. Reasonable accommodations are available during the application and interview process.
