What you'll need to succeed as a Lead Analyst, Social Media at XPOMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience4+ years of progressive social media experience, including recent ownership of corporate social channelsProven success growing social channels with measurable results across engagement, audience growth or other KPIsHands-on experience concepting, capturing and editing social-first content, including short-form video, photography and graphicsExperience owning social end-to-end: strategy, content planning, creation, publishing, community management and analyticsComfort working as a hands-on individual contributor, owning both strategy and executionStrong writing, editorial judgment and ability to use performance data to optimize contentExperience partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Canva and social platforms such as Sprout or HootsuiteWillingness to travel to XPO locations and events to identify stories and capture content Preferred qualifications:Experience in B2B, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, automotive or another operational industryExperience making complex or technical topics engaging on socialExperience with paid social, social listening or influencer campaignsPortfolio or examples of social-first content personally created or produced About the Lead Analyst, Social Media jobPay, benefits and more:Competitive compensation packageFull health insurance benefits available on day oneLife and disability insuranceEarn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year 9 paid company holidays401(k) option with company matchEducation assistanceOpportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you'll do on a typical day: Drive Social Media StrategyDevelop and execute XPO's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and emerging platformsBuild channel-specific strategies aligned with business priorities, audience behaviors and platform best practicesCreate social media roadmaps, editorial calendars and campaign plansIdentify opportunities to elevate XPO's brand, frontline culture, operational expertise and executive thought leadershipMonitor social trends and emerging formats to continuously evolve strategyOwn social strategy and execution, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day content creation Create Engaging ContentPersonally concept, capture and edit social-first video, photography and graphicsFind and capture stories from XPO service centers, drivers, frontline employees and operational leadersTurn complex transportation and logistics topics into engaging social contentPartner across the business to bring customer, employee, recruiting, event and executive stories to life Manage Channels & Community EngagementOversee publishing, scheduling and community management across XPO's social channelsEngage with audiences in a timely, professional and brand-appropriate mannerEnsure content aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines and company messagingManage content planning, approval and production processesAdapt content and messaging to each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice Drive Performance & InsightsTrack social performance across channels, campaigns and content formatsTurn analytics into recommendations that improve engagement, reach and business impactReport on KPIs, trends, audience growth and content performanceUse performance data to continuously optimize content and channel strategy Annual Salary Range: $109,955 to $137,443 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
