Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:Recruit top-tier caregivers, CNA's, CMA's, and RN's who are passionate about making a difference
Conduct interviews, screenings, and New Hire Orientations with heart and precision
Collaborate with our amazing office team to support staffing needs and match clients with the right care professionals
Strive to meet and exceed recruitment goals with your persistent, winning attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous recruiting, HR, sales, or healthcare experience is preferred
Comfortable with outbound calling, building rapport, and following up on leads
Organized, self-motivated, and ready to help take our Care Team to the next level
Passion for helping others and being part of a mission-driven team
Ability to handle tough conversations and provide coaching to field staff as needed
Bilingual is a plus but not required
