We're looking for an experienced commercial plumbing and mechanical piping leader to step into a Piping & Plumbing Workforce Manager role. This is a high-impact position responsible for making sure multiple projects have the right manpower, the right leadership, and the right skill sets in place to succeed.
You'll work directly with the Vice President of Construction, Project Managers, General Foremen, and Foremen, helping drive manpower decisions across active and upcoming projects.

This is not a desk-only coordinator position. We need someone who knows the trades, understands field operations, and can look at multiple projects and determine where people will be most successful.
What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of piping and plumbing manpower planning across the company, including:
The role has real authority over workforce allocation, including assigning and transferring piping and plumbing personnel between projects and recommending hiring, reassignment, training, or workforce reductions.
