Lead Pastor

StoneBridge Christian Church exists to help people find and follow Jesus across Omaha, Millard, Fremont, and Benson. As Lead Pastor you will cast vision, preach the Word, and shepherd a multi-campus family so that lives are transformed and our city encounters the hope of the Gospel. This role matters because healthy, multiplying churches start with a leader who lives the mission first.

• Preach and teach Scripture weekly so that weekend attendance grows 15% year-over-year and first-time guests return at a 40% rate.
• Develop and deploy a pipeline of campus pastors and ministry leaders who launch or revitalize at least one new campus or campus-equivalent within 36 months.
• Build a staff culture of prayer, accountability, and excellence that retains 90% of key leaders annually and raises the next generation of shepherds.
• Lead the congregation in baptism, recovery, and mission so that 200+ people take a public next-step of faith each year.
• Steward resources and partnerships that expand community care, youth, and children's ministries without compromising doctrinal integrity.
• Model personal spiritual health and family leadership that staff and elders can follow without hesitation.

You report to the Elder Board and lead a lean, high-trust staff across five campuses. You will have access to volunteer teams, existing children's/youth/adult programs, and a budget aligned with a growing multi-site church. Elders provide spiritual covering; you provide day-to-day directional leadership.

• Proven track record of preaching that both feeds believers and reaches the unchurched, evidenced by measurable life-change.
• Experience leading a church or campus through growth, including staff development and volunteer mobilization.
• Theological alignment with evangelical, Bible-centered doctrine and a heart for the local church.
• Demonstrated ability to raise and release leaders rather than do ministry alone.
• Personal integrity, humility, and a marriage/family life that honors Christ.
