Job Description
Global Recruitment Bridge is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Team Leader for long-term international projects in Malta, France and other European locations.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical fitters
Perform hands-on mechanical fitting, installation and maintenance work
Organise daily tasks and monitor work progress
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Communicate with project management and other teams
Required skills:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter
Previous team-leading or supervisory experience
Good English communication skills
Valid driving licence and willingness to drive
EU citizenship or valid permission to work in the EU
Responsible and professional attitude
Preferred skills:
Marine, shipyard, ship repair, industrial or port experience
