Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure bids are competitive and complete.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with professionalism and confidence.
Track leads, follow up, and drive revenue growth for the company.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a commercial estimator, construction sales rep, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Ability to analyze drawings, takeoffs, and prepare bid packages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
