Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician with 3 to 5+ years of experience. Our technicians diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems while providing every customer with a professional, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Install and service water heaters, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, filtration systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, sewer-line problems, and water-supply issues.
• Perform drain cleaning, sewer-camera inspections, water-line repairs, and repiping.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair options to customers.
• Document work using ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.
• Follow Virginia plumbing codes, OSHA requirements, and company safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, office personnel, and management.
• Participate in scheduled emergency and on-call rotations.

Required Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete plumbing repairs independently.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred: Virginia Journeyman or Master Plumber license; ServiceTitan experience; tankless water-heater, sewer-camera, or hydro-jetting experience; HVAC knowledge; and ethical sales experience.
