Responsibilities
Apply and customize nail enhancements such as acrylic nails, gel manicures, nail extensions, and nail care services with precision and artistry.
Conduct professional manicures and pedicures while maintaining strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure salon safety protocols are upheld.
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all sanitation standards and disinfection procedures throughout each shift.
Stay current with industry trends and advanced techniques in esthetics and nail technology to continually elevate service quality.
Experience
Experience working in the beauty industry as an esthetician or nail technician with a strong portfolio of services performed.
Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylic application), gel manicures, and advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy.
Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and proper client communication techniques.
Ability to perform diverse services including body waxing and facials
Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Certification in cosmetology or esthetics is required; ongoing education in new techniques is a plus.
