Youll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, learn about their needs, explain available programs, and help guide them through the enrollment process. The focus is on providing clear information and making the experience simple and professional from start to finish.
What Youll Do
Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
Review benefit options and explain coverage information
Answer questions and help clients understand available programs
Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
Provide follow-up support when needed
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Build positive, professional relationships with clients
Participate in virtual training and team development
Stay informed about available programs and services
