Description: The Lead Business Analyst will champion the analysis of complex business processes, documenting cross agency workflows, identifying opportunities, and establish deep collaboration with the technical teams on delivering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, some overlapping into the Software Engineering (DevOps) practice, as well as some overlap into the change management practice.
