Core Competencies Attention to detail and strength in administrative execution, paired with the ability to think strategically. A genuine eye for visual content and an understanding of how people actually use Instagram and Facebook, including Stories, Reels, and carousel posts. Comfortable writing short form, on brand copy for captions and posts. Enjoys creating welcoming environments and connecting with people.
Job Summary To assist and support the Executive Pastor of Worship and Creative with a role split evenly between two functions: managing Definition Church's social media presence, and providing administrative and strategic support to the Executive Pastor and Department. The goal is to accelerate the mission of the church, and grow its relational reach and influence.

- 1+ year serving on a serve team in any position of leadership
- Completed Freedom group or willingness to complete a Freedom group
Preferred Qualifications Education
- A four-year bachelor's degree
- Additional ministry or seminary training
Experience
- 1+ year attendance at Definition Church or ARC Church
- Experience managing social media for a brand, ministry, or organization.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and a design tool such as Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
Performance Metrics & Expectations - Execution of Administrative tasks promptly
- Engagement in the life of Definition Church (Groups, Serving, Leading)
- Content calendar adherence and posting consistency across Instagram and Facebook.
- Engagement rate and response time to comments and messages.
- Initiative to help in different areas of the Worship and Creative Department
