HR Generalist II (HR Operations & Talent Support)

Trigyn's direct client has a contract to hire opportunity (Temp to Perm full-time) for HR Generalist in Baltimore, MD (Onsite/Hybrid). The particulars of the position are as follows. NOTE: • Onsite/Hybrid work (Baltimore, MD 21202). • Only Local candidates preferred (within driving distance). Description: This role is heavily administrative and operational, with a strong emphasis on high-volume recruitment coordination, vendor/subcontractor onboarding, HR communications, Workday and payroll support, and class & compensation documentation. The HR Operations & Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiter, HR Business Partner, and broader HR team to ensure seamless hiring processes, compliant onboarding, accurate HR documentation, and timely HR service delivery across the agency.
