Responsibilities
Independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and clearly explain findings and repair options to customers.
Complete accurate service notes and document parts used.
Support less experienced technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
Maintain an organized service vehicle and follow safe work practices.
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC service and repair experience required.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.
EPA Section 608 certification.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC diagnostic tools.
Professional communication, dependable attendance, and a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
ServiceTitan experience preferred.
