Job Description We are seeking an Assistant Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team. The role will support MSAT activities with a primary focus on Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, data review, and cross-functional collaboration to drive compliant and sound technical outcomes. Responsibilities: Support OOS investigations and assume investigation ownership as appropriate. Review batch records, process data, equipment logs, and analytical results to substantiate investigation findings. Partner with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Engineering to scope investigations and align on conclusions. Present investigation outcomes and technical rationale to cross-functional teams and management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline. 0 to 2 years of industry experience, preferably within cGMP or cell therapy manufacturing environments. Technical writing skills for impact assessments and OOS investigations. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and presentation skills. Familiarity with GMP documentation and electronic data systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and cross-functional partnership with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Understanding of cell therapy manufacturing processes.
