Job Title: Supervisor

Department: Adult Residential/Respite

Shift: Monday -Friday 8AM to 5PM; On call once per week with potential after hours calls for emergencies only.

Supervisor Pay Range:

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

Salary: $64,691 - $80,863 DOE

    Summary:
    At Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH), we believe in people first; whether it's the youth we serve or the professionals who support them. As a Adult Intensive Services Clinical Supervisor, you won't just manage care; you'll lead transformation. This is your opportunity to shape outcomes for adults in residential/respite treatment through compassionate, trauma-informed leadership and clinical excellence. We are looking for a mission-driven professional who can lead with heart and deliver with purpose.

    What You'll Do:

    • -Oversee treatment of adults in our residential and respite programs by developing treatment goals, providing individual and group therapy, and ensuring care meets high clinical and ethical standards.
    • -Supervise staff by providing clinical guidance to Adult Residential/Respite Specialists, offering real-time feedback, and fostering a growth-minded environment built on accountability and trust.
    • -Champion quality by reviewing documentation for accuracy and alignment with residential/respite treatment plans:
  • -Ensure all paperwork is present and complete at time of client intake and discharge
  • -Help coordinate work schedules and monitor compliance
  • -Review and approve timecards
  • -Oversee food inventory and monitor menu compliance
    • -Provide oversight for state and internal compliance, and ensuring clients receive services that matter.
    • -Coordinate care across agencies, including DHS, DOC, Sky Lakes Medical Center, Local Treatment Courts, and internal KBBH teams, to ensure each client's path to stability and success is seamless and supported.
    • -Step up as a leader when the Program Manager is unavailable by keeping residential and respite facilities running smoothly and aligned with state and organizational standards.
    • -Support clients where they are, providing therapeutic presence and crisis support with calm, confidence, and compassion; even during high-stress, high-needs moments.

    • -Documentation is timely, accurate, and audit-ready.
    • -Staff feel supported, equipped, and inspired under your clinical direction.
    • -Cross-agency partnerships are strong and coordinated.
    • -The program maintains high compliance and care quality standards.

    What You Bring:

    • -A graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field (QMHP eligible).
    • -At least three years of experience providing clinical supervision to QMHA certified staff.
    • -Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills.
    • -Ability to lead through example by modeling trauma-informed, strength-based approaches.
    • -Resilience under pressure and a commitment to showing up with empathy even in tough moments.
    • -A valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
