Pay Range: $249995 - $250000 Job Overview: The AI Forward Deployed Software Architect leads technical direction and builds enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling agentic systems, LLM workflows, and cloud architecture while collaborating directly with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact production software. Requirements and Qualifications: Substantial production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or comparable stacks, with a proven track record of setting technical direction rather than only building to spec. Hands-on LLM and agent building experience on at least one major platform such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft. Practical grasp of agentic patterns, including tool use, retrieval, prompting, model behavior, evaluation, and multi-agent workflows. Experience shaping architecture across orchestration, memory, retrieval, model strategy, integration, and observability as systems Experienced to production. Solid experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, with deep expertise in one cloud environment and strong credibility in another. Strong discipline in debugging, testing, and system integration. Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including Client, advisory, roadmaps, and co-building to shape strategic outcomes. Ability to translate technical architecture into commercial terms, such as value, cost, speed, and risk, for both technical and non-technical decision-makers. Composure under ambiguity, with the ability to make and defend architectural decisions directly in front of customers. Security-minded approach regarding data, credentials, access controls, guardrails, oversight, and the broader impact of shipped solutions. Ability to balance fast prototyping with production-quality software engineering.
