Job Description
Pay Range: $30.00hr - $31.00hr Job Overview: The candidate will review grant awardee certification and attestation forms to ensure proper signature and completion. The candidate will track the receipt of submitted forms and ensure accurate filing while providing technical assistance to external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will assist with the build-out and review of contracts in the Statewide Financial System (SFS) module, verifying that all awardee insurance certificates are properly presented and that all budgets and project scopes conform to the award type for audit-readiness and award implementation. The candidate will collaborate with external stakeholders to provide technical assistance on this process, facilitate warm handoffs of workflow from the federal unit grants administration team to the federal unit compliance team for expense reporting review and federal regulatory oversight, and execute contract amendments in SFS for award no-cost extensions, prior year carryover requests, and additional funding tied to multi-year contracts.
