Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tippecanoe, IN, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-daytasks include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. Therole involves leading project meetings, resolving on-site issues, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. TheConstruction Project Manager will review plans and change orders, track costs, prepare reports, and ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
