Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY seeks a B2B Digital Commerce Specialist (Specialist, Marketing). The B2B Digital Commerce Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth, optimization, and ongoing success of Canon's B2B eCommerce business. This role partners closely with Marketing, IT, Product Management, Sales, UX, Analytics, and external agencies to enhance the digital customer experience, execute demand generation strategies, and drive continuous improvements that increase customer engagement, conversion, and revenue.This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your Impact CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION Serve as a key business stakeholder for the B2B eCommerce platform, supporting product merchandising, customer journey optimization, and continuous enhancements that improve the online buying and leasing experiencePartner with internal and external IT teams to plan, prioritize, test, and implement website enhancements, fast follows, major releases, and new functionality, ensuring high-quality execution and an exceptional customer experienceCollaborate with UX, Product, and Marketing teams to ideate and prioritize on-site experience improvements, optimize navigation and merchandising, and support new product launchesMonitor website analytics, customer behavior, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, measure performance, and recommend enhancements that improve conversion and customer satisfactionMARKETING STRATEGY & BUSINESS GROWTHDevelop, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, and Direct Mail to drive customer acquisition and business growthAnalyze performance across all marketing channels and develop actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and overall business performancePartner with Sales, Product Marketing, and agency partners to align marketing strategies, support product launches, and identify new opportunities to grow the B2B eCommerce businessAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring REQUIREDBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, eCommerce, or customer experienceExperience coordinating cross-functional projects involving marketing, IT, and business stakeholdersStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsPREFERREDExperience with B2B eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and website optimizationFamiliarity with UX best practices, digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and paid media platformsExperience supporting website releases, QA testing, and software implementation projectsExperience managing agency relationships and external vendorsSUCCESS MEASURESSuccess in this role will be measured by:Growth of the B2B eCommerce business and digital demand generationContinuous improvement of the online customer experience and website conversionSuccessful delivery of website enhancements, releases, and merchandising initiativesIncreased marketing performance and return on investment across digital channelsEffective cross-functional collaboration and execution of strategic business initiativesCORE COMPETANCIESCustomer-centric mindsetDigital marketing and B2B eCommerce expertiseStrategic and analytical thinkingProject managementCross-functional collaborationProblem solvingInitiative and adaptabilityContinuous improvement mindset We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $66,300 - $81,550 annuallyCompany Overview About our Company - Canon U.S.A., Inc., is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States and to Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
