Provides front-line support for the Energy Management System (EMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS), coordinating service requests, managing system data, supporting alarm and database integrity, and assisting technical staff and vendors. Ensures efficient workflow, accurate system documentation, and reliable building operations across supported facilities.
