Marketing Coordinator Norwalk Connecticut 06851 (100% remote role) Job Description: US Health Marketing Role - Associate Overview: National marketing demand creation programs are a key source of revenue influence across existing and new clients. The tactical support resource will work in conjunction with practice marketers to handle the day-to-day task management of projects. Update and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars. This role will require training and operational knowledge of Wrike and Smartsheet as key platforms. Key responsibilities for the role are multi-faceted and include: Support webinar requests including managing day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24 Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets Day-to-day project management Oversee project requests in Wrike Manage invoicing and budget tracking Maintain campaign calendars Pull analytics from different sources Manage project tracking spreadsheets Report on project status at weekly team call OFT development MPower lead management support Key skills: Manage multiple tasks at once Well organized Excellent communicator High Energy Well versed in MS Office suite Become familiar with Wrike (project management platform), MPower (CRM system), Power BI (analytics platform), ON24 (webinar platform) and Adobe AEM (OFT software).
